本政策說明 Floatingland 如何在您使用 SpeakRight 時蒐集、使用、分享與保護您的資料。SpeakRight 是一款提供 AI 發音練習、情境對話與學習紀錄功能的語言學習 App。

1. 我們是誰
SpeakRight 由 Floatingland 提供與營運。本政策適用於 SpeakRight 行動應用程式、相關網站頁面，以及與服務運作直接相關的支援與後台系統。
2. 我們蒐集哪些資料
- 帳號資料：包含匿名帳號識別碼，以及您使用 Email、Google、Apple 登入時提供的電子郵件、名稱或平台回傳的識別資訊。
- 使用與學習資料：包含練習紀錄、情境選擇、發音評分、修正建議、對話內容、收藏或偏好設定、訂閱狀態與去廣告權益狀態。
- 音訊資料：當您使用錄音或口說練習功能時，我們會處理您的音訊，以完成語音辨識、發音分析、AI 回覆生成或語音播放相關功能。
- 裝置與診斷資料：例如裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本、語言設定、IP 位址、崩潰與錯誤紀錄、效能與日誌資料。
- 付款與訂閱資料：我們可能接收 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 傳回的訂閱狀態、交易識別資訊或到期資訊，但不會直接保存您的完整信用卡資料。
3. 我們如何使用資料
- 提供、維護與改善 SpeakRight 的核心功能。
- 建立與管理帳號，包括匿名使用者後續升級或綁定正式帳號。
- 產生發音分析、文字修正、AI 對話回覆與學習進度內容。
- 同步訂閱權益、處理恢復購買、限制濫用與維持服務安全。
- 進行客服支援、故障排除、產品分析與功能優化。
- 在法律要求、權利保護或爭議處理必要時履行法定義務。
4. 音訊與 AI 處理
您的錄音、語音轉文字結果、練習輸入與互動內容，可能會經由我們的系統與第三方 AI 或雲端服務處理，以完成語音辨識、發音分析、文法建議、翻譯、情境回覆或語音合成。相關資料會依服務需求、除錯需求、帳務需求或法律義務保存一段合理期間，而非一律永久保存。
5. 我們可能與哪些第三方分享資料
- Firebase：用於驗證、資料儲存、遠端設定與基礎雲端服務。
- Google Gemini 或其他 Google 服務：用於語音辨識、發音分析、文字理解或 AI 回覆生成。
- ElevenLabs：在特定功能或備援情境下可能用於遠端語音合成。
- Apple 與 Google：用於 App 內購、訂閱管理、平台登入與審核相關流程。
- 依法令、主管機關要求，或在保護我們與使用者權益所必要的情況下，可能向顧問、執法機關或其他適格第三方揭露。
6. 資料保存
我們會在達成本政策目的所需期間內保存資料，包括維護帳號、保留學習紀錄、處理交易與稽核、回應爭議，以及遵守適用法律。當資料不再需要時，我們會刪除、匿名化，或以其他合理方式降低可識別性。
7. 您的權利與選擇
- 您可以要求查詢、更正、更新或刪除與您帳號相關的個人資料。
- 您可以停止使用 App、移除 App，或透過來信要求停用帳號。
- 訂閱的取消、退款、續訂與恢復購買，通常需依 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的平台規則處理。
8. 跨境傳輸與安全
由於雲端服務與 AI 服務供應商可能位於不同國家或地區，您的資料可能會跨境傳輸並在台灣以外的司法管轄區處理。我們會採取合理的管理與技術措施保護資料，但任何網路傳輸與儲存方式都無法保證絕對安全。
9. 兒童與未成年人
若您未達所在地法律所要求的成年年齡，請在法定代理人同意下使用本服務。若我們發現資料是於未取得必要同意的情況下蒐集，可能會採取刪除或限制措施。
10. 政策更新與聯絡方式
我們可能不時更新本政策，更新後版本會公布於本頁並以頁面日期為準。若您對隱私權政策、資料權利行使或資料刪除有任何問題，請來信 omurok@gmail.com。

1. Who We Are
SpeakRight is provided and operated by Floatingland. This Privacy Policy applies to the SpeakRight mobile application, related website pages, and support or administrative systems directly connected to the service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information, including anonymous account identifiers and the email address, name, or platform identifiers provided when you sign in with email, Google, or Apple.
- Usage and learning information, including practice history, selected scenarios, pronunciation scores, correction suggestions, conversation content, saved preferences, subscription status, and ad-removal entitlement status.
- Audio information, including recordings processed to provide speech recognition, pronunciation analysis, AI response generation, or voice playback features.
- Device and diagnostic information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, IP address, crash logs, error logs, and performance data.
- Payment and subscription information received from Apple App Store or Google Play, such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, or expiration details. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve SpeakRight.
- To create and manage accounts, including upgrading an anonymous account to a linked account.
- To generate pronunciation analysis, text corrections, AI conversation responses, and learning progress features.
- To sync subscription entitlements, process restore purchases, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
- To provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, analyze product usage, and optimize features.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and legitimate interests.
4. Audio and AI Processing
Your recordings, speech-to-text results, learning inputs, and interaction content may be processed by our systems and third-party AI or cloud providers to perform speech recognition, pronunciation analysis, grammar suggestions, translation, contextual responses, or speech synthesis. We retain related data for a reasonable period when necessary for service delivery, debugging, billing, audit, or legal compliance, and not under a blanket promise of immediate deletion or permanent storage.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
- Firebase for authentication, storage, remote configuration, and core cloud infrastructure.
- Google Gemini or other Google services for speech recognition, pronunciation analysis, language understanding, or AI response generation.
- ElevenLabs for remote speech synthesis in limited or fallback scenarios.
- Apple and Google for in-app purchases, subscription management, platform sign-in, and platform compliance.
- Professional advisors, authorities, or other permitted parties where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users or our service.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining accounts, preserving learning records, handling transactions and audits, resolving disputes, and complying with applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise de-identify it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- You may request access to, correction of, update to, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.
- You may stop using the app, uninstall it, or contact us to request account deactivation.
- Cancellation, refunds, renewals, and purchase restoration are generally governed by the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.
8. International Transfers and Security
Because our cloud and AI providers may operate in different countries, your information may be transferred across borders and processed outside Taiwan. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.
9. Children and Minors
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, please use the service only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. If we learn that information was collected without required consent, we may delete or restrict it.
